Bad birth control?

Has anyone else had a problem with the Mirena IUD? I've been losing a lot of hair lately and I didn't think much of it until yesterday when I realized I nearly have a bald spot! I'm mortified 😭 also it seems as though I've lost weight. None of my jeans fit properly anymore. I got my IUD inserted right after I gave birth and I've had it for 19 weeks now. Please let me know if anyone is going through or has gone through a similar situation with this IUD
