30 + 4 weeks and baby feeling really low!

I went to my 30 week appointment last Friday and the doctor said my little boy is head down. Ever since I have been having sharp pains that feel like they are in my vagina. It almost feels like he is scratching my uterus. Should I be worried? I go to the doctor next Friday, but it feels like the pain is happening more everyday. Anyone else had this happen to them?
