Cups. Any experience?

Has anyone used a menstrual cup. How has it been do you prefer this over the other (tampon and pad? )

My cup is the best thing....ever.! I have super heavy flows and no matter what I used I still leaked (super plus tampon and a overnight pad). I like that there isn't really a "period" smell with them, and that you can wear them for 12 hours at a time!!! Using a cup is easy, don't be afraid!

I'm using one right now and it's heavenly. So, so, so much better than both tampons and pads in terms of convenience and comfort. I could go on for a long time about all the reasons I love my Lena cup. For example, I knew I was going to get my period at some point in the afternoon yesterday so I proactively inserted it yesterday morning. Went about my day as normal, took it out and emptied it in my nightly shower completely unaware of when exactly I started my period. It really doesn't get better than that.

I've been using a cup for three months now and it was the best decision I ever made! They may be a little nerve wrecking at first, but you'll get used to it. My cramps are gone, I don't feel the cup at all, plus you save so much money in the long run!

I tried using one but I couldn't get it to stop leaking!!! I would check the rim to make sure it wasn't folded in and even if I inserting it very low it would work its way up higher into my vagina. Does anybody have any advice? I would really love for it to work :(

Fabulous. Thanks to the Diva Cup, my period isn't half as awful--more annoying than apocalyptic, and by the last few days I forget I have it. Never going back to tampons.

I use the Vida Cup and I love it. Once I insert it my cramps start to dissipate. My cramps were worse with tampons and most pads aggravate me. I wouldn't give up my cup for anything.
