Preschool

To those of you with kids in preschool or had kids in preschool did/do they go full day or half day?/. Im gonna sign up my daughter for preschool this year and their having me choose between 4 days a week only 3 hours or all regular full day and idk what to choose ? Shes very shy so idk if im willing to have her there all day i just don't know ..
