How do you check to see if your breast is sore? Because I don't always feel my breasts. I do know that last week when I felt my Brose I had a lump but it's getting smaller. Do I need to put any pressure to fill if my breast is sore or should it be like sore to barely touching it? I know when I take my bra off I get little tiny shooting pain
