I'm feeling blue

So my husband applied for the deputy sheriff position, and everything was going great. Until today, he has to turn in the extensive background check, and one of the questions asks "is anyone in your household committing a crime?" And the answer is yes 😞 my sister is driving without a drivers license, and my mom told him not to go to his interview, because my sister might get in trouble. We live with my parents, because we are trying to get on our feet since he moved here to California from Florida not long ago. Please, no judging I feel terrible as it is. Idk what to do ☹️
