Pores on nose

So, my nose has looked like this for one or two years now. It's much more visible in real life. It looks like my nose has polka dots or something like that, and it's extremely noticeable. I have this face wash that kind of smoothed it out (it used to be very rough in texture and kind of prickly) by Burt's Bees, but it won't make the pores go away less visible. Makeup looks terrible over it. I can't go to the doctor about it or anything (I needed to anyways for other reasons) as we just moved across the country a month ago and we don't have the whole medical thing sorted out yet. Does anyone know something that could help? I'm going back to school in 2 weeks and I'd like it to clear up by then. Thanks for any advice!
