How do you know when someone is interested in you?

We all have different thoughts but what are the hints that you know a guy is interested in you? That he likes you? 
For example for me is talking every day maybe not every hour but if he msgs me or calls me

Okay you know a guy is into you when he makes an effort to talk or see you. If he asks you to do something together, he texts you randomly, tries to impress you, or other things like that.

Guys aren't that complicated. If he is into you, he will make it obvious.

I've never noticed unless they flat out tell me they "like me more than just as a friend"

Ways they have made it clear over the years:

-addressing me as "hello gorgeous"
- being there, as a faithful friend sharing a shoulder of support during times of challenge and asking nothing in return, just wanting to respectfully become and remain part of my life waiting for a window of opportunity when I would be ready to date again
- making dinner for me
- heart felt all encompassing hug
- arriving early and staying late, and lighting up foe chance to talk with me
- thoughtful just because gifts
- noticing subtle need and doing small favors 
- surprise kissing me, lol.
