Loving Myself

Cierra • Married to the man of my dreams. Living every day like it was my last
After being in an abusive relationship a few years ago I held onto my hair as my identity as a woman. After being told I was ugly without hair, told I was only beautiful with long hair I held onto my hair as if it were the only thing that made me a woman. Now years later I'm happily married to a wonderful man and I finally decided to do something crazy. I shaved the underneath of my hair. This was such a liberating move. Realizing my hair doesn't make me a woman, doesn't make me beautiful. I make me beautiful, I make myself a woman. What do you guys think?
