2nd pregnancy different from the first?

My first pregnancy was a breeze. Heartburn here and there, nausea here and there and a little back pain but that was it. This time around, I'm only 5 weeks I found out I was pregnant about 5 days ago and the past 3-4 days I've been bloated and gassy, nausea comes and goes, my appetite is all over the place, I get hungry, see the food then all of a sudden don't want it, my breast feel sore and my nipples are super sensitive. Now I'm curious, who else has had super different pregnancies?
