FTM having C-Section Monday advice?

Well it's official I will be a Mommy as of 10:30 am on Monday 8/22. Unless she decides to come in the next 3 days which is unlikely. She's measuring 8lb 11oz and Doctor is pretty confident on her size so they want to do a c-section I will be 39+1 on Monday. I'm ok with the c-section...it wasn't my original plan but I don't want to risk her shoulder getting dislocated or worse I'm a pretty petite person. Just wondering from anyone that had a scheduled c for a large baby what can I expect??
