No more headaches! 🤕
I figured I'd share this in hopes that it can help someone else! For about three weeks I'd been having horrible headaches. Sometimes just for an hour, sometimes all day and they were affecting my work and taking care of my daughter. Tylenol did little. I talk led to my doctor about it a couple days ago and her reply: protein. Protein at all three meals and snack on it at least three times throughout the day. I've been struggling to eat protein, it just sounds so unappetizing in any form. But yesterday I ate lots of meat, almonds, peanut butter, and a protein shake and not a single headache. This morning I felt a headache coming on, forced down an omelet and some Greek yogurt and it instantly went away. I hope this tip can help someone else, those headaches are super awful.
