Cervix exams

This is my first pregnancy . About three weeks ago I went from every two weeks to going to my ob every week so I've gotten 3 cervix exams so far and know to expect them everytime til the baby is here. But I have a question: when she goes in and feels around the babies head (he is extremely low) I get this fiery hot sensation that flushes throughout my belly that is SO uncomfortable. Does anyone else get this? Is it normal? I'm really not even sure if that's the best way to describe it, it just stays until she gets the hell out of me. 🙄😦
