Advice in need

Okay girls, me and my husband have been ttc for a couple of months now. I about a week late on my period and I've been super nauseous, my lower back has been killing me, cramps, and pressure on my lower area. I took a test the other morning and didn't notice the faint line behind it. What do y'all suggest??
