Idk if I feel uncomfortable or not..?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and I'm 16 and he's 18, we have sex a lot ( unprotected I know stupid ) and lately most of the time we have sex he wants to cum in me ( he doesn't end up ) I have really bad baby fever but he doesn't know that and he tells me we're gonna make a baby. I'm kinda turned on by it as all I want is a kid with him but as much as I have baby fever I'm not sure if I'm scared or not if I did fall pregnant this young... Is it normal to have bad baby fever ? And be so young... If I did fall pregnant I would keep it and he'd stay with me ( he works full time and I work part time ) but idk I get turned on and a little weirded out that he tells me he wants to make a baby
