Best Products?

Okay so every time i shave "down there" with a razor i get bad razor burn! i use conditioner to shave but it's still bad. even when i shave it's like i didn't get everything. is there anything i can use to make me super smooth down there? lol also what are the best products that make to feel fresh & clean down there? Thanks!
