Third wheeling?

So I recently moved in with my best friend into a dorm. Everything's great except her boyfriend lives down the hall and we do everything with him. I am not only the ugliest third wheel ever, I am so lonely right now that my chest actually hurts. I feel awful. It's not even the sexual parts of a relationship. I just want someone to hold me and tell me that they love me or something.
