Help! Please!

My arm has been itching for a while and I'm really concerned about it. It itches a lot and it feels like it's burning. Like as if a knife has been scraping my arm. I think you call it forearm. I'm not sure though but, like the other side of your elbow. And it burns really bad but I'm not sure what to do. When I scratch it it hurts more and more. And it's really dry and bumpy. Does any one know what I can do to heal and help it. Like some types of creams or something.
