Ever since i had my son

My son is 14 months old and ever since i had him (born c section but pushed for 2 hours) my sex drive is super super low and im always dry down there. It also hurts to have sex and im only 18 will be 19 in December. I went to the doctor and she told me to have lots of fore play and to use lots of lube but neither helps. I can't even get wet its horrible and ruining mine and my SOs sex life. Any else go through this? What helped? Or what can i do?
