Parents judging... Am I wrong?

So my fiancé had a motorcycle accident yesterday he broke his collar bone and has road rash on his left leg, left side, left arm, and left shoulder. I was at the hospital almost all afternoon with him yesterday. And today I was at his house taking care of him from 8am to 10pm. My parents are telling in spending too much time at his house that his family is going to get annoyed and tired of me being there. But, HE wants me there to take care of him ( including showering, feeding and changing his bandages). Am I wrong for being there so long (his family wasn't there all day)? Or are my parents just judging me to harshly? Keep in mind I'm 24 he's 31 and were ENGAGED were getting married next year. What do y'all think? Am I wrong? Should I just keep doing what I am doing?

 

But since I still live at home with my parents are traditional Hispanics, I make sure I come home and sleep here every night I may come home late but I'm here at home in my bed every night even tho I'd rather be by his side.
