Question

So my period came exactly week early this month. That has never happened before. If anything im a couple of days late. The last day I was at the end of my period, not to give to much information, it is normally brown. This time around it looked like I had discharge coming out with a little pink in it. Like spotting I suppose. Not normal either. Could I have possibly been pregnant and had a miscarriage before I even missed my period? I have to make a doctors appointment just wanna see if anyone has some insight.
