Not sure whats going on

So I have this hard spot in my stomach from around my ribs to my belly button area. I don't feel sick at all but I took my temp 3 times today and it went from 99.9 to 99 to 99.2 any ideas what it could be? I also layed down and put pressure bellow my belly button on the bottom of the hard area and it moved up a little for a second when I did that and it freaked me out.
