Projectile vomiting help

Stephanie • My names Stephanie, I`m 25, a wife and mom to two kids, and expecting #3!
Before anybody says to take him in, I have taken my son to the doctors, ER, and children's hospital. I'm just looking for some ideas of what could be wrong with my baby. My baby was never much of a puker until around 6-8 weeks where he would occasionally do it(maybe once a week). That lasted up until week 12 where he's begun projectile vomiting all of nearly every bottle he has.
He has no fever or a bug, no blood in stool or constipation, and no pyloric stenosis. He's had acid reflux before but he's on medication and it seems well managed, he's not presenting it like reflux at all. He gets his meds twice a day and is a very happy baby. He's on soy formula and has been doing great on that. But now for the past week whenever he eats(he eats slow and I burp him between each ounce) either halfway through or right after he pukes everything up very forcefully.
He seems like he is in a lot of pain beforehand and after he throws up he's great and wants to eat right away again(unlike with his reflux it will burn him and he'll cry for ages). It seems almost intestinal, like he can't get it in or keep it down. Has anybody had something similar to this and gotten a diagnosis? Would a CT be beneficial? Just trying to do anything and get any ideas to help my little man :(
