cervical cancer?

So, I'm pretty freaked now. I had my beautiful son 4 months again and it was a rough pregnancy. I was always sick and I had fainting spells from the beginning as well as spotting through the whole pregnancy here and there. But since having him I've had nothing but problems. I'm having horrible discharge. Always at least spotting. Horrible cramps even if it's not my period and pain from sex. I was scared my husband had cheated on me at first and gave me something so I went to the hospital and they said all tests were negative and I'd have to see a specialists. I haven't taken care of it due to my insurance being on hold from moving to a new county. Last night I couldn't get past all of the symptoms and the discharge so I started looking it up. I had came across a woman say she had cervical erosion (which was the first I had ever heard of it) and thought maybe that was it. I don't know why, but I thought I would feel for myself to see if I can tell what was up, and then I felt it. A considerate in size lump on my cervix. Like a huge hard pimple. Now I'm freaked out because my husband had told me his ex had had hpv and gave him something years ago but that he took care of it. I have no idea what that means but hpv is what causes cervical cancer and now I'm just so freaked.
