Is too much water bad? How much water should I drink every day? I'm 19 weeks and constantly thirsty....😞

I talked to my doctor about this and he said water is of course great but to make sure I'm drinking other things here and there, cup of juice or Gatorade, lemonade

Typically the recommended amount is half your body weight in oz. So if you're 120 lbs that'd equal 60 oz in water. For pregnant women that almost doubles. So around 80-120 oz is a good bet!
