Concern about SO bonding with baby

I am concerned about my boyfriend (father of baby) not bonding with our baby (our baby is 3 weeks old). Like tonight when he came home from work, he didn't hold our baby once.

I guess for me it's odd because I love cuddling and holding our baby boy.

Anyone else concerned about their SO not bonding with baby? Should I just be concerned about how I bond with baby? (Not the first time I've been concerned about boyfriend and baby bonding)
