bbw??

I found out a group of guys were calling me a bbw behind my back at work and I'm not sure if I feel it's a good or bad thing.  Opinions. I'm kinda hurt by it but idk.  They also said I was obsessed and attached to a guy I told them I had a crush on yet only had a handful of conversations with so don't understand that reasons.  Plus he has a girlfriend so I backed off as soon as I found out... Any advice?
