Not pregnant, so what's up with me?

I haven't had a period since mid June, I get stomach cramps, sore boobs, feel sick a lot along with other symptoms that would suggest I could be pregnant but I've done 4 hpts and after visiting the doctor yesterday for the 2nd time he told me from a medical point of view and going from my last period I can't be pregnant 😢 anyway he sent me for a blood test and have now got to wait until tomorrow for the results. Has anybody else ever had all the symptoms of a pregnancy and not been pregnant? If so what caused it?

2 hours to go until I can ring for my blood results at the doctors. I'm convinced they will be negative 😢 still no sign of AF though

I did, turned out I had gotten pregnant but had a miscarriage after a week or so, Doctor said these things just happen and can be due to improper implantation. My last period was in May and I just now got my period again last week.

My mom was convinced she was pregnant but the doctors kept telling her she wasn't. She was worried because her boobs hurt like hell. She went to get x-rays of her boobs done and nothing was wrong with her. She finally decided to take a test from the 99 cent store and it came back positive. When she went back to her doctor and told them they did an ultrasound and they got a heart beat! My mom was 4 going on 5 months pregnant! My sister will be turning 9 next month 😊 good luck !

My friend actually had all the pregnancy symptoms and test were negative and docs kept telling her she wasn't but she found out she was at 4months.
