Books and love life

Ok so am I the only one that reads a depressing book and once u finish it u get really sad and rethink life like. Omg I ended up texting my BF Chandler like..do U ever get the feeling that people are nice to u cause they have to..? ..would u use me or cheat on me? ( he is a fuck boy but he helped me through my depression)  but I don't really wanna bother him with my problems like that after everytime I read what do I do?
