Not sure

I swear something is wrong with my body, I'll have a yeast infection be treated for it then turn around and have bv. Once I'm going through the bv treatment I get yeast infection all over again. This is reoccurring, my vagina is now really dry and I've never had this issue. Any ideas of what's going on?
