Pregnancy question

My boyfriend and I had been trying for a while now and nothing is still happening :(. I feel disappointed when my time of the month comes every month. He really wants a baby! And so do I but I feel like my scar tissue could be the problem? I went to the doc before and they asked me if I gotten pregnant before? I said "Yes, twice but I had a still born at 7m and etopic pregnancy so I had an emergency abortion:(. " they said I should be able to get pregnant it has been 2 years? Should I talk to a doctor again?
