So scared

I am 4 weeks 4days. I started bleeding this morning and bled for over an hour. It was like a light period. Not enough to fill a full pad but definitely more than sporting and probably enough to fill a panty liner. It was bright red. It stopped about an hour ago when I got home from work and laid down with my feet up. I have been cramping a lot (but I am also really gassy and constipated). My doctor said that it could be a vein that popped and be normal but that only time will tell. I am very very scared that I could be losing my baby. If there are any praying ladies out there please keep me in your prayers!
