Morning sickness

So I'm 22 weeks and I've never been sick until today. I woke up this morning feeling nauseous and having to use the bathroom every 10 mins. I finally threw up and felt good again for about half an hour and then felt nauseous again and now it's just a repeated cycle. FTM so I don't know if this is morning sickness or if it's a bug because I have diahrea also. Input?
