Help...does it look like Twins?? Or no??

I'm freaking out that I might be having twins. I feel enormous for my size, and my last pregnancy was nothing like this. Do I look like I'm having twins for being 18 weeks (Due:Jan. 24)? I don't get an ultrasound for another 3 weeks 😩. I'm petite to begin with so I know it's possible I'm just showing a lot. Maybe it's because everyone is making comments to me on how big I am and that it looks like twins...any feedback is greatly appreciated or comparison pics. This is baby #2 after a 7 year break. I'm only 27. My mother-in-law is a fraternal twin but I thought that gene gets passed through her daughters not son...and my mom was adopted so I have no idea on her history. Of course it's possible I just could have twins in my own but....I'm hoping not. Hoping for just one healthy little baby inside there...💜-Jess

Baby #2 even after a 7 year break will show more than the 1st so you might just have 1 in there but you never know lol

My baby #2 at 33 weeks... It's possible! You may be carrying out front though too. I tend to carry in the back.

Everyone's bump and baby(s) grow at different sizes . Some smaller some bigger . I've seen some people farther along with twins that look smaller as well as bigger than you . So your bump size doesn't mean your have 2 . I'm sure your doctor could clearly inform you by now if you're having twins or not .

You haven't had an ultrasound at all? They haven't used a Doppler to find heartbeat? I am 17 weeks with twins and I have had 2 ultrasounds and they used the Doppler to find heartbeats..I guess if they find one heartbeat they wouldn't necessarily look for another.. Except your fundal height with twins should be higher than with singleton. I was measuring at about 20 weeks (so about 4 weeks ahead) So that should trigger a doctor to be curious at minimum. As for your mother in law being a twin, you are correct that wouldn't add to your probability. This is my 2nd pregnancy as well after nearly 7 years also. I was 31 when I conceived and my Maternal aunts are fraternal twins.. So that's most likely how we ended up with twins. Everyone shows differently.. I have seen tons of singleton pregnant mothers with bigger bumps than mine. This was taken last weekend.

Surely they would have picked up twin heartbeats on a doppler by now! I wouldn't worry girl everyone is different and carries differently. You look gorgeous

Not very helpful im currently 17 weeks with twins 
But i must say with my second I showed much faster then I did with my first and now my third pregnancy with twins i started showing pretty much right away
