6 month waking up more

My 6 month old used to sleep in her crib from 8-3 and then at 3ish I would take her in my bed, nurse her and she would sleep til 6. I nurse her to sleep before bedtime as well. She was colicky and is a needy baby- putting down when drowsy but awake definitely doesn't work for her and turns into crying fits... This past week when I put her in the crib at 8 she has been waking up at 10pm. Then I get her back to sleep and she continues to wake up every hour after that u til I put her in my bed... Then she sleeps great in my bed. What is this from? Is it because of her tooth coming in? Or is she now just wanting to co sleep and refusing to sleep in crib?
