Stupid insurance

Stupid insurance I got myself stuck with assigned me to a clinic that is just terrible! I got my hcg results (I'm 8weeks) and they won't tell me what they are unless I book an appointment and go see the dr! They won't even have the dr call me with the results! And their next app is in 2 weeks ! I asked them if this is how their policy works if I have a problem or question for the doctor I just have to make an appointment I will never talk to him over the phone the nurse said "ya how do you expect us to bill a phone call". And hung up on me. I am SO annoyed and pissed off. I need a new Drs ofc! And a new ins
