How many weeks pregnant??

My last period was July 27 and everything I can find says I'm four weeks pregnant. When I called to schedule my appointment with my doctor they said that it would be October 18th?? Does that seem weird to anyone? How many weeks would that make me. That seems too long.

It seems long unless you have a history of miscarage most don't see you tell 10 plus weeks

That does seem long, I would want to be seen between 8-10 weeks.

Most doctors won't see you until 10-12 weeks some at 8 but that's usually just to talk about history.
