Feeling sick 7 Dpo

We r TTC and Af is due 9/2 I've been nauseous for the past couple days and just feel hungry then sick and today my eyes are all puffy. Never had puffy eyes as a symptom before but it's so hard to tell. Since TTC I started having sore breasts before Af, something I never had as a pms symptom. Everything is under a microscope! Haha. But this month The nausea is pretty bad, more than a pain wave, but isn't it too early to tell? Also we've been under a lot of stress, trying to close on our home... it could be that...
