Worst pain !! 😭😭😞

So my baby's REALLY LOW she can feel his head but I'm not dilating any but I've Been having REALLY BAD menstrual cramps and tighting I want to cry ! But there not picking them up as "contractions" and I feel them so intense. But my cervix isn't dilating I've Been a fingertip since 35 weeks.... Today I'm 40+2! I just want to sleep 😞 but I can't because of these pains !!
