Smoking!

I'm 30 weeks pregnant at the moment and my sister always smokes around me! At first when I was a few weeks pregnant she used to go in the garden and have one, but recently she does it infront of me. When i cover my nose or walk away she gives me weird looks! Am I being paranoid? Because from what I know it does affect the baby?
