Insomnia & Hemorrhoids 😩😫😢

I threw my daughter a sleepover for her 6th birthday tonight. I already know it's gonna be a long sleepless night, I have very irritated hemorrhoids and I feel like crying. I've done a sitz bath which is all i can do from this hotel with no relief. Does anybody have any suggestions? I'm 38wks 6days and all I can think abiut is I don't wanna go into labor with an active and very painful hemorrhoid.
