AZ Child Support

So I read an article recently stating that Fathers who owe child support this year will get their license revoked next year and will not get it back until the amount is paid! Personally I only seeing this as making the situation worste. Some Fathers are unfortionatly struggling financially as it is and now the state will make it hard for them to go to work. I understand that their are dead beat Dads who can afford to pay but choose not too and in that case they deserve it .I just feel for the Fathers who are trying to make ends meet now have to deal with this.
