Period cramps
So, I started my period towards the end of my 2nd grade year. And ever since then I have had the worst of the worst period cramps... I have tried birth control but they made it worst so I stopped taking them. I have them so bad that I literally sit in a ball at my desk during school and hold my breath and hope the pain goes away. What do I do???
