I think I had an orgasm in my sleep

So this is weird. I don't recall having an erotic dream at all. And I don't typically have an orgasm from penetration. I did with my ex, but he's the only one ever 😔 I'm 5 weeks PP and my husband didn't want to have sex in the third trimester so needless to say it's been A WHILE. Up until I was 39 weeks pregnant, I used a vibrator FYI. So, in the middle of the night last night I remember opening my eyes and being in the middle of an orgasm, but specifically one from being penetrated. I wasn't being penetrated though! Has this ever happened to you?!
