Could this be teeth??!!

My little boy is 10 weeks today and we just noticed these little white dots on the inside of his mouth. Could they be the start of teeth or should I book him in to see doctor? He doesn't seem bothered by it, still very happy baby but he had a been drooling so much and putting his hands in his mouth. We thought the saliva was from his meds for reflux but now I'm not too sure! Any mums with older kids, can you confirm what it looks like when they start to teeth? I thought the white would be lines and not dots? Thank you!
