Spotting After Exam

So I had my 35 week check up today. Group B Strep swab was taken and I also had a cervix check. I'm 1cm dilated as of right now but my question is, anybody else experience light spotting after cervix checks? It's light pink but seems strange that I'm just now seeing it at 9pm when my appointment was at 10:30am. Not super concerned since it's not bright red but would like to get some thoughts please 😊
