Broken Condom

So my boyfriend and I were having sex and our condom broke. I've been on the pill for years, I took plan b the next morning, and it was right after my period. Do you all think I could be pregnant? I've been freaking out about it for weeks now. It's to the point where I can hardly sleep anymore. Also about half way through my cycle I had some random spotting.  Could that mean anything?
