navel piercing pimple or keloid?

I got my nose piercing done 2 months ago and I noticied I have a small pimple on it or keloid i don't really know what it is and I'm freaking out, there's no sign of infection I cleaned it and it was just scabby and a bit of dry blood can someone let me know if it's serious and how can I get rid of it?? In the beginning I cleaned my piercing with bactine because my piercer recommended it and I ran out so I'm using warm water and sea salt now
