Ultrasound Pic, 23 Weeks 4 days. Any guesses on the sex?

I went for my appointment yesterday because I'm high-risk for having preeclampsia my last baby. At my 18 week appointment I went for a anatomy scan and the tech refused to do it because on the computer the first time I went when I was five weeks I accidentally gave the wrong due date and it put me back at 17 and 6 days. So when I went again yesterday they had to look at everything, turns out everything is fine with the baby. Sad because I still don't know the sex. At the last second she quickly said "i'm not really sure what it is because I couldn't tell but I think it's a girl." When I went back into the room I overheard The tech telling my doctor that she really wasn't sure and that she couldn't get it. so she just guessed. She said the baby was a girl because I already have two girls. I wouldn't mind another girl, but I don't want to buy everything pink and end up having a surprise and it being a boy. So please give me your guesses on what you think it is. She really didn't give me a really good shot of its private parts lol it's really blurry and it was moving the time she took it. So sorry for that 😪. I honestly think it doesn't look like a girl and so does the rest of my family, my husband and I are going for 3D/4D on September 6th since we still don't know the sex and she guessed. If anything I'll inform you then on the sex then.
