Is our relationship just bent or broken

Me and my fiancée have been together 8 months. We moved in with each other when we hit the 4 month mark because we both lived alone and it worked out cheaper and we wanted to see more off each other. Since living together he misses various days of work, I enjoy him working because it gives me some time for myself, his boss has had several serious chats but he isn't fixing up and now his discussed getting a 'better' job I will support him but his more likely to mess around another job. His parents aren't to keen on me because they see it as I took away there son. He doesn't see them as regular recently and I feel as if they might put the blame on me even though I encourage him to spend time with them and take his younger sister places, and now he hasn't gone to work in over a week, claims he hasn't been paid yet (secretly it's going through my mind he could of stopped working there without mentioning it hence the new job) hasn't got any money for us to live by on, we're traditional I cook clean etc his the bread winner. And now we're stuck and I don't know if this relationship is fixable or not because right now I don't even know if I can be bothered to fix it or see how it goes ...
